Fix Drupal Calendar Month View Title

The month view title on the Drupal Calendar module displays the wrong format. Here is a fix for it keeping in mind that it is hacking core;

STEP 1: Edit /modules/date/date_views/theme/ and go find line 165.

Change these two lines:

$format_with_year = variable_get('date_views_' . $granularity . 'format_with_year', 'l, F j, Y');
$format_without_year = variable_get('date_views_' . $granularity . 'format_without_year', 'l, F j');

To these two lines:

Extract image from an EML file

Quick Removal of Colour Noise in Photoshop

Here is a quick, non destructive way to remove colour noise from photos in Photoshop;

  1. Duplicate the layer with the photo.
  2. Apply a Gaussian Blur filter to this layer (which should be on top) of 5 pixels.
  3. Change the layer's Blend Mode to "Color".

Presto! Colour noise disappears.
